HNR-5HS, MNR-5HS and LNR-5HS are MIDREX reforming catalysts developed based on SWCHEM’s decades of experience in reforming catalyst production and industrial application.
The catalysts adopt an improved spherical shape with a cylindrical belt and five-hole structure, optimized for MIDREX reforming applications. Compared with conventional cylindrical gear-shaped catalysts, this structure provides better wear resistance, higher strength, low pressure drop and reliable long-term operation.
HNR-5HS, MNR-5HS and LNR-5HS are improved reforming catalysts developed on the basis of the Z-37Q / Z-38Q / Z-39 catalyst series.
The catalyst shape has been optimized from a cylindrical gear shape to a spherical structure with a cylindrical belt and five holes, providing improved wear resistance and better suitability for demanding MIDREX reformer operating conditions.
