CNB-7 Low-Temperature Shift Catalyst is designed for low-temperature CO shift reactions, typically operating at 180–260 °C. It catalyzes the reaction between CO and steam to produce H₂ and CO₂.
The catalyst is suitable for low-temperature shift, LTS, applications in ammonia and H₂ production processes, offering good low-temperature activity, stable operation and reduced side-product formation.
CNB-7 is a low-temperature shift catalyst developed for CO conversion under relatively low operating temperatures.
It enables efficient conversion of CO with steam to produce H₂ and CO₂, and is suitable for energy-saving LTS operation in large-scale ammonia plants as well as low-pressure LTS processes in medium and small-scale ammonia plants.
