CNZ-1 Methanol Reforming Catalyst for H₂ Production is a high-performance catalyst independently developed by SWCHEM. It uses copper as the active component and is composed of copper, zinc and aluminum oxides.
The catalyst is mainly used for methanol steam reforming to produce H₂. It is suitable for large, medium and small-scale methanol-to-H₂ plants, as well as skid-mounted H₂ production units.
CNZ-1 is a copper-based methanol reforming catalyst developed for the reaction between methanol and steam to produce H₂-rich gas.
To date, CNZ-1 has been widely applied in many large, medium and small-scale methanol-to-H₂ plants and skid-mounted units in China, demonstrating reliable performance in industrial operation.
