SWCHEM has been engaged in the research and development of PSA technology, gaseous hydrocarbon reforming processes, steam reformers, steam reforming catalysts, desulfurizers and adsorbents since the 1960s.
Over the past decades, SWCHEM has delivered dozens of H₂ production plants. Our gaseous hydrocarbon steam reforming catalysts have received National Scientific and Technological Progress Awards, and SWCHEM’s natural gas reforming-to-H₂ projects have also been recognized with engineering design excellence awards.
SWCHEM adopts a solid desulfurization process using proprietary Fe-Mn-Zn solid desulfurizers. The process can effectively remove both organic and inorganic sulfur compounds, helping the feed gas meet the inlet requirements of the reforming section.
SWCHEM provides proprietary steam reforming catalysts with the following features:
SWCHEM adopts proprietary PSA technology, dedicated adsorbents and program-controlled valves for H2 purification.
